Data processing information

Privacy responsibilities depend on the activity. Flowpane handles website enquiries, account administration and service security for its own purposes as described in the Privacy notice. Where Flowpane processes personal data on a customer's instructions to provide the service, the applicable customer agreement must define the controller and processor roles.

Agency work may involve a client controller and an agency processor. Confirm your authority and the appropriate contractual chain before submitting client personal data; a workspace or Agency plan does not determine those legal roles.

Contact hello@flowpane.com to request the DPA applicable to your proposed or existing use, together with current processing and subprocessor details. This information page is not itself an executed DPA and does not promise that a separate agreement has already been completed for your account.

The applicable DPA should identify the processing purposes and instructions, data subjects and data categories, confidentiality and security requirements, assistance with rights requests and incidents, subprocessors and transfers, deletion or return, and the relevant audit arrangements. Confirm these details before sending data that requires them.

Do not infer a hosting or processing-location guarantee from a region label in the interface. Contractual residency and international-transfer arrangements must be expressly confirmed. Retention and deletion depend on the relevant data type, service function, legal obligations and applicable agreement.
