AI and ML declaration

This declaration concerns automated, artificial intelligence and machine-learning functionality made available through Flowpane's customer-facing services. Availability depends on the specific feature and your account. It does not announce or guarantee access to a feature that is not currently available.

Where provided, AI-assisted functions may help with drafting, explanations, answering website questions or translation. Automated assessments and recorded observations have their own documented meaning; an AI-generated explanation must not be treated as a substitute for the underlying evidence.

AI-assisted output can be incomplete, inaccurate, inconsistent or outdated. Review it for your circumstances before using, sharing or applying it, including checking references, permissions and the consequences of any proposed change. A generated draft is not proof that a change is correct, safe, published or legally compliant.

These functions do not provide legal advice or independent professional certification. They do not remove your responsibility to approve work or obtain appropriate advice. A chat assistant must be understood as an automated assistant where it is presented as such; a handover to a person is a separate interaction.

Processing depends on the feature. Inputs, relevant context and outputs may be processed by service providers acting for Flowpane under the applicable arrangements. The Privacy notice describes website chat and translation processing, including international processing and retention. Customer processing must also follow any applicable DPA.

Do not submit credentials, unnecessary personal information or confidential client material unless you have authority and have confirmed that the feature's processing terms are suitable. Protective filtering does not guarantee that every sensitive detail will be detected.

Use of an AI-assisted feature does not itself grant permission to use customer material to train a general-purpose model. Any separate training use requires its own expressly disclosed purpose, appropriate legal basis and applicable contractual authority. Do not assume a blanket zero-retention or no-training guarantee for every provider and feature; request the current arrangements for your intended use.
