Modern slavery and human rights policy

Flowpane's policy against slavery, servitude, forced labour and human trafficking.

Updated: 2 October 2026

Our commitment

Flowpane does not tolerate slavery, servitude, forced or compulsory labour, human trafficking or exploitation in its operations or business relationships. We expect people acting for us and organisations supplying us to respect human rights and applicable labour laws.

This is a policy statement of our expectations and intended approach. It is not an annual statutory modern slavery statement, an independent certification, or a claim that every supplier has been audited or that no risk exists.

Business relationships

We seek to consider credible exploitation concerns when selecting and reviewing business relationships, request proportionate clarification where a concern arises, and consider corrective action, suspension or ending a relationship when appropriate. The response should take account of the risk and the welfare of affected people.

Nobody acting for Flowpane should knowingly support exploitation, retain identity documents to control a worker, impose coercive recruitment charges or penalise a person for raising a concern in good faith.

Raise a concern

Report a concern connected with Flowpane to hello@flowpane.com. Provide only information you can lawfully share. We will treat good-faith concerns seriously and handle them sensitively; absolute confidentiality cannot be promised where disclosure is needed for safety, investigation or legal obligations. If someone is in immediate danger, contact the appropriate emergency services rather than waiting for a reply from us.
