Flowpane builds site-governance software. It checks the public files that decide how search engines, ad networks, AI crawlers and security researchers treat a website, and keeps a record across every origin a team is responsible for.

## How we hire

1. **Apply.** Send the form on the role's page with your CV. It takes a few minutes and needs no account.
2. **A conversation.** If there looks to be a fit, we arrange a call to talk about the role and answer your questions.
3. **A practical exercise.** A short piece of work close to the job itself, discussed together afterwards.
4. **A decision.** We make a decision and let you know the outcome, along with what happens next.

## Your data

Applications are stored in Flowpane's marketing systems, separate from the product, and kept for six months. You can ask for yours to be deleted sooner through the contact form.
